Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 working days. If 14 (working) days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange – unless the goods are faulty, and covered by manufacurers warranty.

ALL Software purchases are FINAL, returns are NOT accepted on any software – we cannot control the condition of your hardware, so cannot warrenty any software will work on your system. Any software sold as tested, will mention the system setup used to test it – for instance the ZX Spectrum software is tested on a +2 (grey) spectrum 128k with a fully serviced and cleaned tape deck and PCB.

We will not accept random returns! if you wish to return something, please contact us BEFORE returning, as your parcel must include a RAS (Return Authorisation Serial number)

ALL returns from outside the UK, the buyer is responsible for 100% of the return postage costs, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
